be perfect, far from it, but we do want to be

if there are practical ways that we could

There
is ramp access for pushchairs, wheelchairs and
those with mobility problems by the main
entrance. However, due to property
constraints the only
access to the balcony and the downstairs
rooms is via stairs.
There is a loop for hearing aid users.
